Make Your Own Sol y Soda Cocktail
2 oz León Y Sol Blanco
¾ oz saffron honey syrup
½ oz fresh lime juice
Chilled soda water
Shishi black salt (for the rim)
✨Preparation:
Rim a short glass with shishi black salt, add ice
Add 2 oz León Y Sol Blanco or NeQuila.
Pour in the saffron honey syrup and fresh lime juice.
Top with chilled soda.
Stir gently for 5 seconds to combine.
Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
