This blanco has a nice aroma of agave and bright citrus zest. There’s some lemongrass and celery too. It’s clean and fresh.
The flavors are also bright. There’s the cooked agave that’s up front. There’s some citrus zest and some nice pepper that kicks in too.
This is a classic clean blanco tequila that would be great at the dinner table or in your favorite agave cocktail.
