Siembra Valles tequila is a beautifully crafted spirit born in the rich volcanic soils of El Arenal, Jalisco, at the renowned Tequila Cascahuín distillery.

Founded by David Suro-Piñera, a native of Guadalajara and passionate advocate for traditional tequila-making methods, Siembra Spirits was born in 2005 after David moved to the U.S. and opened Tequilas Restaurant in Philadelphia in 1986—only to discover that the American market was flooded with low-quality tequilas. His mission became clear: bring authenticity and integrity back to the glass.

This blanco opens with a burst of sweet, roasted agave on the nose, followed by bright citrus, cracked pepper, mineral, and freshly cut grass aromas.

On the palate, it delivers  roasted agave, pepper, and minerality, with earthy, herbal, and botanical undertones. The texture is light and finishes with medium citrus and botanical notes that make it an easy sipper.

While it sits on the higher end of pricing for blancos, the quality speaks for itself. If you’re looking for a tequila that’s pure, elegant, and effortless to enjoy—neat or in a top-shelf cocktail—Siembra Valles is a beautiful choice.
