Nose: Imagine the aromas of fresh cooked agave at a tequila distillery and that's immediately what you get! Followed by some minerality, cinnamon and a light bit of vegetal.
Palate: Easy sipping for it's proof. Maintaining that fresh cooked agave profile along with some vegetal, citrus, minerality. The high proof doesn’t overwhelm.
Finish: The palate lingers on the cooked agave following it up with some black pepper.
