Paladar Tequila Blanco is produced by the Orendain family, one of Jalisco’s last independent founding tequila families, carrying five generations of distilling heritage.
Made at the historic El Llano distillery, Paladar honors traditional methods—brick-oven cooking, open-air pine fermentation, and double distillation in copper and stainless-steel pot stills. Using 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave, the brand reflects a deep respect for land and lineage. Each bottle is hand-dipped in volcanic soil from their fields, symbolizing its connection to origin. Paladar represents a modern expression of authentic tequila craftsmanship rooted in history and sustainability.
Nose: Earthy, vegetal, and agave strike first then there's some citrus, pepper and herbalness.
Taste: Agave and pepper come on strong leading into lime, anise, pine and bell pepper. Watery mouthfeel with a warm herbal finish
