Tequila Cabal, is a premium tequila crafted in Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico, now made at its new home—Distillery La Roca, NOM 1646.

Quickly gaining recognition for its innovative barrel-aging program, Cabal showcases depth and character through the use of unique whiskey casks.

The Cabal reposado is aged for eight months in a thoughtful blend of barrels: 50% Russell’s Reserve bourbon, 25% Russell’s rye, and 25% Old Elk Wheated bourbon.

On the nose, it opens with inviting aromas of roasted agave, caramel, and vanilla, a gentle touch of oak and subtle hints of citrus.

The palate reveals layers of bourbon and rye influence—vanilla, pepper, roasted agave, caramel, toffee, and a touch of light citrus. The texture is creamy and full-bodied, leading into a long, elegant finish with lingering notes of minerality and baking spices.

If you're looking for a reposado that  bridges tradition and innovation, this is it. A refined yet approachable sipping experience. Priced a little higher than the average reposado but well worth it!
