Entremanos is a standout blanco with impressive depth and complexity.

On the nose, it opens with sweet cooked agave, layered with anise and bright citrus zest that immediately draw you in.

The palate reveals herbal and mineral notes, unfolding gradually into a soft, smoky-saline nuance, reminiscent of charred citrus peel or warm stone after rain. It’s a fascinating finish that lingers just long enough to invite another sip.

This tequila offers a distinct sipping experience. It’s far from simple, which is exactly what I look for in a blanco. I love a tequila that evolves in the glass, showing new layers of character as it breathes. Entremanos is gentle yet full of personality, striking a balance that’s both refined and expressive.

Entremanos uses natural, open-air fermentation for their tequilas, meaning that each batch has significant and purposeful flavor variety. The airborne yeast surrounding the distillery shifts as nearby flora change seasonally.

I’ve introduced this blanco to many guests, and it consistently stands out. An unexpected favorite that sparks curiosity and converts casual drinkers into true fans.
